I tried almost every single diet made by all the guru’s. I went from weighing 205 pounds at five foot 7 inches to 156 pounds in one year. I was afraid of having loose skin or gaining more stretch marks so I decided to pace myself with the weight loss. I have created this book for anyone struggling to lose weight or would want to learn more about the Ketogenic Diet or Intermittent Fasting. I also have added a section on Diabetes and how you can use the ketogenic diet to help bring A1c levels down. The usual solution to treat diabetes is to have the patient inject insulin into the body. This book will help you determine whether you are insulin sensitive or insulin resistant. There is a big difference between the two and everyone must know this, because this is the reason why diabetes is responsible for 1.5 million deaths in 2012. It has been estimated that globally 90 percent of the world has diabetes type II. The last part of the book focuses on maximizing fat loss with intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is a tough plan to follow if done wrong. The goal is to make it easier and learn about the miracles of autophagy.
